All of it outfitted specifically for food & beverage content.

Loading & Receiving

A flexible 15 x 25 x 18 ft blank canvas for shooting stills or motion. Includes a built-in kitchen set or access to a rolling wall.
set KITCHEN
Built-in neutral white kitchen cabinets and counter with a matching island provides a realistic set for a residential kitchen environment.
Props Library
Extensive surface, background and tabletop prop library including glassware, serving dishes, plates, flatware, boards, linens and cookware.
Prep KITCHEN
Large prep kitchen with walk-in fridge, freezers, stove, microwave, commercial dishwasher, cooking equipment & utensils, storage racks, dry pantry and stainless steel prep tables.
sTORAGE & STAGING
Large staging area with additional stainless steel tables and storage space if needed.
OFFICE
Upstairs office with 4 remote working stations and a meeting area with a table and white board.
Rental Rates
Studio Stills: $600/day
Rental of the stills studio shooting area, including set kitchen and access to the coffee/tea bar and bathrooms.
Additional $200/day for access to our props and surface library. Equipment rentals available upon request.
STUDIO STILLS + Kitchen: $800/day
Rental of the lower floor including prep kitchen, staging areas and shooting studio.
Additional $200/day for access to our props and surface library. Equipment rentals available upon request.
Studio STILLS + WHOLE SPACE: $1,000/day
Rental of Picnic’s entire space including studio, prep kitchen, storage and staging areas, and upstairs office/meeting space.
Additional $200/day for access to our props and surface library. Equipment rentals available upon request.
Motion RENTAL: $1,200/day
